Gifts by Kaz guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund plus your original shipping costs for a full 30 days.
We know there may be any number of reasons why you may want to return an item, including, “I just changed my mind”.
We accept returns for a full 30 days of our products and provide a FULL refund of your original purchase price plus your original shipping cost. You just pay to ship it back. (International orders will not be refunded shipping costs and should check with us prior to placing orders, Additional shipping costs may apply.)
Here is how easy it is to return a product to Gifts By Kaz:
2) Safely pack your return and include a copy of your invoice with the RAN number referenced on it. We will NOT honor a return without a copy of your invoice and RAN.
